
MORNING CLUB
A morning meetup to connect, ground yourself and start your day in a positive way
I host a regular morning programme of meditation and journalling for people who are interested in starting their day in a positive way. The idea behind it is to set the tone for the day and help you get to know yourself a bit better. We look at themes like confidence, purpose, resilience, self-compassion, belief systems and a lot of other bits. It's casual, and fun, and can be incredibly rewarding if you stick with it.
So who's it for?
It’s perfect for people who are interested in trying meditation and journaling but feel a bit unsure about how to start. Or for those who want a little taste of coaching. Or people who want to build a nice morning routine for themselves. Or just if you simply want to start your day in a lovely way, feeling grounded and connected to others.
What does it entail?
We meet each weekday at 7.30am (Irish Standard Time) or 8.30am (Central European Time) for 30 minutes over the course of 2 weeks. We start with a short, easy breathwork or meditation, and then I guide you through a coaching tool or concept and set a journalling prompt. It's very chill and easygoing, you can show up in your pyjamas with a cup of tea if you want. It takes place on Zoom and your mics are off. We also listen to some good tunes and start the day off on the right foot.
Having the group is a lovely way to have some accountability and ensure you show up for yourself, and so far we have had great success and have built a lovely community. But there is always space for new joiners.
