WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a collaborative process, where I work in partnership with the coachee to explore their dreams, establish tangible goals and help them build a plan to get there. Through a mix of challenge and support, I accelerate the learning process, providing time for laser focus on the issues that matter. We'll explore any blockers that may arise, be they internal or external, and develop an action plan to overcome them.

EXPATRIATION COACHING
Moving country can be stressful - it brings a lot of uncertainty. With expatriation coaching your employees will be prepared for their move, and have thought through every aspect of their move in fine detail. During the move, coaching will provide them with support to help them settle into their new life with ease.

PRICING
My introductory offer is a 1hour coaching taster session per organisation for €50
After that, coaching packages are tailored according to the needs of your organisation. I'll work with you to understand your desires and requirements from coaching and provide an appropriate package, depending on your needs. The costs are tailored according to each package.
The minimum package is 6 sessions for 1 employee. You can expect to pay somewhere between €1100 - €1500 per employee per coaching package, with the costs varying according to the extent and duration of the services provided.
